Attacking our Educators - Bullying by parents and students has grown out of control. This epidemic of attacking educators is happening all over the world from the USA, Canada, the UK, Jamaica, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and more.

Workshops include:

• How much physical violence do educators face, even at the elementary level?
• How to avoid ‘parents gone wild’
• How educators are being cyber-bullied
• What issues are causing these problems
• Solutions for teachers, administrators and parents

We want to teach different solutions so school employees can become proactive not reactive. The environment in school needs to become warm so every student and staff member feels wanted, safe, and successful.

Bullying - have Derek give your staff an in-service that addresses solutions, changing the school environment, relationships, and student's self-concept. One's individual right to an education shouldn't take away from the education of his or her classmates.

We encourage schools to adopt The Compass Program to address their bullying issues. One of the nice things about this program is that you can use parts of the program, or change it to fit your districts needs, or have Derek come speak and train your staff.
